We collect your personal information from you or a family member when you submit the forms required by the insurance company such as application, health questionnaire, driver’s license, etc. or when it is given to us during a first party phone or e-mail contact.


How We May Use and Disclose Your Personal Information:

We will use and disclose your personal information without your specific authorization for the following purposes:


  1. Obtaining price quotes, facilitating the paperwork process to purchase health insurance from an insurance company, as required by law, and as required by a law enforcement officer with court order.
